We use our local market knowledge and senior level relationships to source property acquisitions, execute value-enhancing strategies and maximise profit on exits. Each property we acquire is actively managed by us and a detailed strategy is put in place at the time of purchase. Whether the idea is to undertake a major renovation, reposition the asset in the market, renegotiate below market leases or simply reduce vacancy through better management, our approach is very hands-on. We sometimes use local partners in investments in order to provide access and ongoing management where necessary. This is particularly true in cities and regions where we have not previously invested. Our investors are an important part of this strategy, often introducing potential opportunities or leveraging their own personal networks.
